So this is a model rig over Frank that I did a while back. Never got the chance to release it. It's got a few bugs here and there but it is useable and playable. So this will be a V1 release of it. I am not sure if I'll get the time to fix it up more, but for now I want to release it so you can all enjoy it. So enjoy!

(For now he will replace Frank's default models. Both hats and glasses work on him as well as different outfits. So have fun putting Otis in some fun outfits. )
